Sensual Flow is a trauma informed class inviting you to drop all judgements at the door and soften into sensations of pleasure- something many of us take for granted in our busy modern lives.
In an intimate setting Meghann will first guide you through feminine breath flow techniques to create safety in your nervous system. Followed by free flowing sacral softening movements to awaken your creativity through sensual expression.
*This class is intended for females and is set in an intimate Circle style setting, allowing for exploration of the wisdom and collective stories carried through generations of women’s bodies.
Class takes place on the second Wednesday of each month at Flagstaff Doulas at 2718 N 4th St. Suite B1. Registration kindly requested before attendance.
